All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and GROCERY SHOPPE offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at inquiry@groceryshoppe.com within 2hours of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Please note that, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to Covid-19, no returns will be accepted regardless of circumstances. A refund may be made if wrong items were delivered or damaged goods were delivered.
